Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Irrigation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all irrigation duties including Design, Install, repairs and upgrades. This role requires a detail-oriented and technical individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving along with strong customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Service/Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, Spring activation, Winterization and controller programming for turf and landscape areas.
- Repairs/upgrades: Repair both commercial and residential irrigation systems and upgrading old systems with current technology.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients. As well as refer to other lawn and landscape services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on customer accounts and invoices including project documentation, and client communications.

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent account management and customer service to a territory consisting of all LBM customers
- Conducting thorough assessments of the plant material and diagnose and deliver solutions customized for each client based on budget, expectations and environmental factors.
- Work closely with a team to ensure efficient operations, while also having the autonomy to work independently.
- Take care of client properties with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Interact with clients daily in a timely manner, effectively communicating the process, expectations of services needed, services performed, and recommendations for other High Caliber services required on their property.
- Equipment operation- Hedge/string trimmers, Blowers,Pole saw
- Look for opportunities for any other services and relay issues to customer
- Snow & Ice Removal
- Irrigate landscapes effectively, ensuring proper water distribution for optimal plant health.
- Conduct tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as necessary for safety and aesthetics.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper conditions for growth.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Applicators license preferred
- Knowledge of plant identification
- Familiarity with Plant Health care practices, tree care techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Self motivated and driven mindset
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
